Your X2O System BackOffice is the Communications Hub and Information Center that gives you the ultimate in accurate, useful information, automation, and flexibility.

From within your X2O System Backoffice you can:

	Under the MY INFO section you can personalize your system, update your personal contact information, add a photo, and much more.
	Under the ADD CONTACTS section you can add contacts to your system and trigger your pre-written personalized autoresponders. Add your Tell-A-Friend contacts or upload your own contact lists so they start automatically receiving follow-up emails from you.
	Under the TOOLS section you will find many items to manage your entire X2O SYSTEM, including some of the following: Manage your Personal Database of Contacts/Leads View your Personal Pre-written Autoresponders Resources and Training Upload and Add Contacts View System Statistics This is where you are able to check your overall system stats; including Upload Stats, Contacts Stats, Autoresponder Series Stats and Category Stats.
	Under the PLANS section you can view your Current Monthly Plan. The system also allows you to be in complete control of your monthly plan. If you want to move to a different plan, no worries! You can upgrade or downgrade to another plan at any time!
	Under the BILLING section you are in charge of your monthly billing. Our Online Billing Management system allows you the user to update/manage and change your billing information at any time. You can also cancel your system here.
	Under the SUPPORT section you can get the help you need 24 hours a day. Here you will find an extensive training FAQ and also be able to submit support tickets to solve a challenge you may have. We also provide a live support number.

	Under the MOVIE WATCHER section you are able to monitor and manage all your HOT leads who have watched your movie. Quickly track them, note who has made more than one visit, conduct follow up calls, record notes and much more.
